Job Description

We are looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person should be comfortable with client communication, organized, detail oriented, strong communicator, and able to multitask. Clients do not visit our office so all customer communication will be over the phone and through email. 

Scope of position: 

  • Answer phones, screen calls
  • Basic clerical tasks, like filing and pulling reports
  • Help process documents and manage accounts
  • Customer service/communication
  • Support vendor relations
  • Other duties, as needed.

Position requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft office proficient (mostly Excel and Word)
  • General computer/technology skills
  • Constant contact / Blast email campaigns
  • Illustrator or similar 

Position preferences:

  • 2 years relevant work experience
