Job Description

Our company is HOODZ and our office is located near I-40 & Meridian in Oklahoma City.  We have 6 crews that clean restaurant vent hoods all over Oklahoma. We have been in business for 24 years and have several hundred loyal customers that we clean monthly or every quarter. Each crew cleans 2-3 restaurants each day totaling approximately 70 cleans each week. In Oklahoma, we are the most established and trustworthy company in our field and we are part of a nations largest franchise exhaust cleaning company.
We are hiring an account manager whose primary daily responsibility will be to contact (call/text/email) our existing customers, schedule them for our repeat service, coordinate logistics (arrival times, keys/alarm codes, update customer information), and dispatch our crews (print work orders, estimate drive times, confirm misc details). 
The selected candidate should 
  1. want long term employment with a stable company
  2. enjoy developing ongoing relationships with our accounts mostly via phone
  3. be comfortable contacting 20-25 customers each day via phone, text, email
  4. like setting our crews and customers up for success and winning for the company
Must be able to type, computer literate, and willing to learn. We utilize Google Calendar to dispatch and our proprietary software to print work orders/invoices and we will train OTJ.
Our office environment is relaxed, productive, and friendly. Each team member has their own office and works independently to achieve their weekly tasks.
We prefer someone with dispatching, scheduling, and/or customer service experience. We are looking for a candidate that has been employed for longer than 1 year at a prior employer.
This is a full-time position paying $15/hr-$16/hr depending on experience. We also provide weekly performance bonuses for achieving highlighted goals.
