Job Description

We are looking for a full time, in-person, Admin Assistant to join our team. This person should be organized, detail oriented, and a strong communicator. Clients do not visit our office so all customer communication will be over the phone and through email. 

Scope of position: 

  • General customer service
  • Inbound/Outbound phone calls
  • Draft and confirm weekly schedule for recurring client services
  • Create staff schedule
  • Create work orders
  • Review and update customer specific notes
  • Ensure accuracy of schedule and notes
  • Communication via phone calls/text message/emails
  • Review of post service reports
  • Collaborate with other departments
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications :

  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • General computer/technology proficiency
  • Basic excel proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Reliable attendance

8:30a-5:30p *in person* availability

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  • Spanish fluent
  • 2 years experience in a multi tasking administrative role
  • Experience working in a service company
