Job Description

We are looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person should be comfortable with client communication, organized, detail oriented, strong communicator, and able to multitask. We are growing and are only needing part time help for now, with the intention of increasing hours as the position grows. Clients do not visit our office so all customer communication will be over the phone and through email. 

Scope of position: 
- Answer emails
- Answer phones, screen calls
- Customer service/communication
- Create and send invoices
- Collect payments
- Document filing
- Basic bookkeeping

Position requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft office proficient (mostly Excel and Word)
- General computer/technology skills

Position preferences:
- Bilingual (Spanish) 
- 2 years relevant work experience
