HOODZ of Central Texas is looking for Cleaning Technicians in the North Richland Hills area. Kitchen hood cleaning experience not required.
We work night shifts, when restaurants are closed, so that you can enjoy work-life balance or manage other responsibilities.

*About the Role:*
We are seeking an experienced and driven *Branch Manager* to lead our local team and oversee daily operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring the success and smooth functioning of the branch through strong leadership, team management, and attention to business performance.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and manage a team to ensure high productivity and morale
* Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
* Train, support, and evaluate staff to meet performance goals
* Maintain quality control and compliance with company standards
* Handle diagnostics, equipment preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and customer diagnostics and repairs.
* Resolve issues quickly and professionally, both with team members and customers
* Monitor and manage branch performance, including meeting revenue and cost targets
* Coordinate with senior leadership on goals, reporting, and operational improvements
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
* Strong understanding of managing teams or crews in a hands-on work environment
* Ability to lead by example and inspire team members
* Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
* Basic knowledge of business operations such as scheduling, inventory, and budgeting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus

Skills / Requirements
Be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check
Be dependable; able to show up on time, read and understand safety plans and procedures
Be physically fit; able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments, able to lift and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet
Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently
Be able to work flexible hours (night shift)
Have the desire to learn quickly and be able to work in a fast paced work environment with a growing company
