HOODZ of Central Texas is growing, and we need a Director of Operations who can take ownership of our field execution across multiple branches. If you’ve built teams, enforced standards, and driven results in a service-based business, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Owning day-to-day operations across multiple branches
  • Enforcing company standards - no shortcuts, no exceptions
  • Managing labor, productivity, and accountability across teams
  • Training technicians and leaders to perform at a high level
  • Being present in the field - this is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role
  • Traveling regularly between San Antonio, Austin, Dallas/Ft Worth and other branches as acquired
  • Working overnight to support, train and evaluate crews
  • Communicating clearly, directly, and consistently with both field and office
  • Identifying problems quickly and solving them without delay
  • Building strong, reliable teams that execute without constant oversight

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a service-based industry (required)
  • Strong field experience - you understand the work, not just the theory
  • A leader who holds people accountable and doesn’t avoid tough conversations
  • Someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Comfortable managing labor, performance, and expectations daily
  • Willing and able to travel and work overnight shifts
  • Strong communicator who follows through and closes loops
  • Experience training and developing teams in the field

  • $75,000–$90,000 base salary (based on experience)
