Field Supervisor/Director of Operations
Manage Field Teams as we perform Commercial Kitchen Exhaust System Cleans.
Ensure each job is completed fully and with the highest quality per IKEA and NFPA96 codes.
Lead, Teach, Coach & Motivate Teams to be the best in the category of what we do.
Train new Lead & Helper Techs as needed.
Interact with Field Teams on site, on phone or text to support their needs/questions.
Create highly motivated environment by displaying "whatever it takes" behaviors while ensuring SAFETY FIRST on all jobs.
Interact with on site personnel/management as needed.
Hours are mostly 3rd shift/overnight with sometimes 1st or 2nd shift coverage needed.
Days working are usually Sunday-Thursday with an occasional weekend depending on clients needs.
Must be flexible based on clients needs and work loads.
Skills / Requirements
Must have minimum 2 years experience in cleaning Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Systems.
Must have strong knowledge of how Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Systems operate.
Must have want to lead/motivate/teach/coach others to be committed to our cause of keeping all commercial kitchens we clean fire safe per NFPA96, IKEA and all Safety standards.
Must have experience working with high pressure washing equipment
Solves challenges effectively. Looks at problems not as problems, but, as opportunities.
Follows policies and procedures and leads others to want to do the same
Will never ask anyone to do anything they are not willing to do or have not done themselves
Must have valid drivers license and a driving record that our insurance company will allow to drive our company vehicles as needed.
Must present professional image to all techs & clients
Has the discipline to to the right thing no matter what and can teach/coach their teams to be the same way

BENEFITS AFTER 90 DAYS: Health Insurance, Simple IRA with 3% match. Vacation/Paid PTO after 1 year. We also offer quarterly attendance and safety bonuses.
Pay: $45,000 to $55,000/year
Will be based on many factors including experience and references. Could be salaried or hourly position.
