Job Schedule: Night Shift, Full-Time, typically 4 or 5 nights a week with Fridays and Saturdays off
Salary: $25-$35//hr depending on experience - Additional opportunities for Commissions and Bonuses

Job Summary: The Lead Spray Technician will be the leader of a crew that cleans commercial kitchen hoods, ducts, fans and other parts of kitchen exhaust systems in our Northern Virginia service area. The Lead Technician will be in charge of ensuring overall job quality and safe use of foamers, power washers, specialized cleaning solutions, and other tools and equipment. The Lead Technician will also be responsible for driving and maintaining the work vehicle. This position includes future management opportunities - grow your career as we grow our business!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a work crew as you clean and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems
- Independent completion of work projects without onsite supervision
- Maintain and drive work vehicle to restaurants and other job locations in northern Virginia
- Inspect areas to clean and prepare the equipment and work area for cleaning
- Apply cleaning agents to kitchen hoods and ducts using foaming equipment
- Thoroughly clean and degrease surfaces using power washers and other equipment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain and clean spray equipment to ensure it is in proper working order
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site
- Complete job reports and safety checklists using our app
- Work closely with other crew members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Relevant Experience Required. Experience with filter exchange and oven cleaning is preferred but not required. Additional on-the-job training will be provided.
- Driver’s license with safe driving record, and reliable transportation to Springfield, Virginia worksite
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work night shifts (normally Friday and Saturday off)
- Ability to pass drug test, background check, and have appropriate documentation
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and good problem-solving.
- Ability to climb ladders to access portions of the job
- Interest in hands-on, active, technical and mechanical work.
- Ability to lead.
